Who you are buying from

This website is owned by Md Irfan Ali, an individual seller in India, trading as The Wise Shelf. Full contact and address details are on the Contact page.

What is sold

Digital books, delivered as PDF files and downloaded from this website. Nothing physical is sold or shipped.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are the full amount payable at checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or hidden fees.

Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence for a single reader, for your own personal and internal business use. You may print a copy for yourself.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, republish, translate or create derivative works from a book or any substantial part of it, and you may not share your download link with others. Copyright remains with the author.

What these books can and cannot do

No book, course or tool can promise you an income, and these do not try to. What they give you is clarity — researched ideas, a fair way to compare them, and a process for testing one before you commit months to it. The decisions and the work stay yours.

So, plainly: nothing sold here makes any promise, projection or guarantee of income or business success. Revenue figures, price ranges, build times and cost estimates are illustrative planning benchmarks, not expected results. Your results depend on your market, your effort and other factors outside the seller's control.

Not professional advice

These books are written for information and education. They are not personalised professional, financial, tax or legal advice for your particular situation, and they are no substitute for speaking to a qualified adviser about your own circumstances.

Third-party tools

Tools and platforms named in the books are trademarks of their owners and are mentioned only so you know where to look. There is no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement, and there are no affiliate links. Their features, pricing and terms are set by them and can change at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card number, CVV and banking credentials are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by this website. We do keep a record of the payment itself — the amount, the method, and a label for it such as the UPI handle or card network — as set out in the Privacy Policy. Your purchase is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access a book without paying for it, interfere with the download system, or use automated means to retrieve files. Download links are tied to a single confirmed payment and expire after 24 hours. Where there is clear evidence of a link being shared or a payment being reversed, access to that download may be withdrawn.

Delivery and refunds

Books are delivered instantly on payment and all sales are final; refunds are not given. If a paid-for book does not reach you, it is delivered rather than refunded — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and use the request form.

Liability

The books are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the seller's total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your purchase, and the date it was last changed is shown above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
