Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. What you get instead is a guarantee that a paid-for book reaches you.

No refunds
Every product sold here is a digital book, delivered instantly and permanently the moment payment is confirmed. It cannot be returned, un-read or un-downloaded. For that reason refunds are not given — not after download, not before it, and not for a change of mind.
Please be sure the book is what you want before you pay. Each book has its own page setting out exactly what is inside, how it is structured, what it costs and what it does not claim to do. Nothing about the contents is hidden until after purchase.
No cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, because delivery is immediate — the download becomes available within seconds of the payment being confirmed.
Instead of a refund, you get delivery. If you paid and the book never reached you — a failed download page, a server problem, an expired link, a file that will not open — we will get the book to you. That promise has no time limit and costs you nothing further.
If you paid but did not receive the book
Do not pay again, and do not raise a dispute. Fill in the request form with the same details you used at checkout. Your payment is verified against the payment portal, and once it is confirmed the book is emailed to you.
If the payment cannot be found on the portal, or the email address does not match the one used at checkout, the book cannot be released — so enter the details exactly as you gave them when paying.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same book, tell us through the request form or by email and we will look into it. Each confirmed payment entitles you to the book it was made for.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback on a book that was delivered is not a route to a refund, and it will not produce one. If something has gone wrong, use the request form — it is faster, and it actually solves the problem.
