Before you write about an order
Please include your Razorpay payment ID. It begins with pay_ and appears on the receipt Razorpay emails you, and on your download page. With it we can find your payment in seconds; without it, it takes a good deal longer.
Lost your download, or the link expired? Do not email about it — use the request form. It collects exactly what is needed to verify your payment, which makes it far quicker than a back-and-forth by email. You will not be asked to pay again.
