Everything sold here is digital. Nothing is shipped, and no delivery address is needed.

Delivery method
All products on this website are digital books delivered as PDF files, downloaded directly from thewiseshelf.com. No physical goods are dispatched, and no courier, tracking number or delivery address is involved.
Delivery time
Immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed with Razorpay you are returned to a download page on this website where the PDF is available at once — normally within a few seconds of paying. There is no processing delay and no waiting for an email.
Very occasionally a server problem, a dropped connection or a browser closing at the wrong moment can get in the way of that. If it does, the purchase is not lost. Use the request form to ask for the book you paid for: your payment is verified against the payment portal, and once it is confirmed the book is emailed to you. There is nothing further to pay.
Delivery charges
None. The price shown on the book's page is the full amount payable; there are no shipping, handling or delivery charges of any kind.
Where we deliver
Worldwide. A digital download works anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are charged in Indian Rupees.
Your download link
The link on your download page belongs to your payment alone. It is signed, it works only for the book you bought, it stays valid for 24 hours from the moment it is issued, and it may be used a small number of times inside that window. Those limits are what stop a link being passed around, so please do not share it.
Save the PDF to your own device as soon as it downloads. Once the file is on your phone or computer it is yours permanently — the link expiring afterwards does not take the book away from you.
Link expired, or the download page never appeared? Fill in the request form with the same details you used at checkout. Once the payment is verified, the book is emailed to you. If the payment cannot be found on the portal, or the email does not match the one used at checkout, the book cannot be released.
What you need to read it
Any PDF reader — the one built into your browser, phone or computer is enough. There is no app to install, no account to create and no digital rights management. The file is yours to keep and to print for your own use.
